About Divine HomeCare Solutions
Our Story
Founded in 2013 and CQC regulated since 2016, Divine HomeCare Solutions is a specialist independent care provider delivering high-quality Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Live-in Care, and Community Support services.
Based in Radstock near Bath, we support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and other complex support requirements to live as independently and meaningfully as possible within their communities.
We believe that every person has unique strengths, aspirations, and the right to make choices about their own life. Our person-centred approach focuses on empowering people to develop independence, achieve personal goals, build relationships, and enjoy active participation in their communities.
Our services are delivered through a trauma-informed framework that promotes safety, dignity, respect, choice, and inclusion. We work closely with individuals, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, housing partners, and community organisations to achieve positive outcomes and improve quality of life.
Led by an experienced team with extensive expertise across health and social care, we are committed to providing safe, compassionate, responsive, and high-quality support. Through continuous improvement, strong governance, and a culture of excellence, we strive to make a lasting positive difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve.
