We received feedback received through our on-line survey and this led to the recent introduction of new uniform design and name badges, plus a new uniform policy, to ensure that our staff maintain a professional aptitude and outlook when going about with their chores whilst visiting clients in their homes.
This serves as a testimony to our commitment to continuous improvement in the service that we deliver through taking on board the views and suggestions from our staff, clients and relatives.
