COVID Statement
Divine HomeCare is taking guidance and all necessary precautions to help manage the risk of infection across our organisation in relation to COVID-19. We are taking the current circumstances very seriously and are routinely monitoring the changing situation and government guidance closely, as well as liaising with local authorities, in order to ensure we continue to provide a safe and efficient service whilst keeping the health and safety of our service users, staff and other stakeholders at the heart of our plans and thoughts. We have formed a COVID response plan in order to discuss and update plans for the coming days, weeks and months ahead.
Innovation and technology have supported us to ensure minimum office visits while maintaining the highest standards possible. All our carers have support structures in place to be able to provide the best care possible in the right mind frame and have been required to undertake training to be able to handle working under the current conditions. It is important to stress that the safety of all of our service users, staff and other stakeholders is of paramount importance to us and we continue to monitor risk at all times.
We will continue to coordinate the services we provide locally and pledge to continue to keep our service users and staff informed and updated regularly at this challenging time. Please rest assured, that our continuous aim is to provide responsible, well planned and safe services, whilst minimising risk to everyone involved.
We would urge everyone to follow official government guidelines, in order to prevent this period of uncertainty continuing for longer than it might, please check out this link: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-how-to-work-safely-in-domiciliary-care to find the latest information and advice.
